We’ve had several drainage issues that took months to be addressed. We had to hire our own engineer for them to even take our concerns seriously. We should have known better, considering Aho does not allow an inspection prior to purchase, citing quality craftsmanship. The contractors they hired to fix the issues left our yard a mess and never consulted us about installing the drain rock directly through our backyard, making a large portion of it unusable. Be wary if you plan on buying from Aho.
Highly saturated soil. No waterproofing of foundation, poorly placed and graded french drains, and negative slope. We had to hire an engineer before they would do anything about these issues, and they still aren't doing everything listed in the report. There's a reason they don't like inspections before purchase.
