Working with DeLancey in the River Bend office has been such a smooth process and she has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. Just moved into my new AHO home in mid Dec. 2025.. I checked out all of the builders in Vancouver & Battle Ground over the course of a year, & found AHO to have the best quality, workmanship & features for the same money. They use all wood soft close cabinets, kwikset locks and knobs, moen fixtures and so far haven't found anything that needs touch up or repairs on new construction. When my wife Cathy first met Da Lancy,we were very impressed with her knowledge of all of the homes that were for sale in the Aho area.Even thou we were not qualified at the time,Da Lanci still showed us several homes.This is why we came back several times to look at AHO homes.Eventually we bought our home.We would recommend Da Lancy and AHO homes to anyone for the professional and ki d ways we were treated....Mark and Cathy Johnson.
