They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and explained everything clearly before proceeding with the repairs. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Absolutely terrible experience. Took my car in for what should have been a simple fix after hearing a nise and making an appt., and they could not find a solution to a simple heat shield rattle which is more annoying that anything else. It's clear they have no idea what they're doing—unprofessional and clueless. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time and money.
Took our Countryman for a rear brake replacement service. Ahn was very responsive when we reached out to find out the pricing and when we could bring the car in. When I arrived at his shop, he was there to greet me and started work soon after. The total cost was what was quoted and it took 1.5 hr. I was very happy with the work and I will be bringing my cars to Ahn from this point on.
