HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE STAFF. They are the rudest people to speak to on the phone. They act like you calling to schedule an appointment for something you already don't want to do is the largest inconvenience for them. It's every time my mother had to call with a question, which god forbid she had a question. It is insane how rude they are. I have never been so mad after hearing someone treat my mom this way.
