I made the appointment and looked forward to receiving care. We took directions and address from the AHN Rheumatology web site. When we arrived at the address given, we were confused, and I called the doctors office only to find out that they had moved to another address. We travelled to the new site, but now were a bit late. Upon checking in, the receptionist said we were more that 15 minutes late, go home and make another appointment. I was referred to this practice by my PCP in network .Amy Keefe I am exceptionally grateful for your time patience and understanding and getting to the root cause of my ailment . I've been going to AHN rheumatology for years. The office staff is wonderful, very friendly and very helpful. Dr. Joyce is the best, he has helped me a lot the past few years.

The manager Mary is extremely rude! The other ladies in the office are Amazing!!!!! Such a shame that one employee "the Manager" can make you know that you are making the right decision to go elsewhere and find a new doctor! This office was the best patient care with the best staff. Who does the hiring for managerial positions but this was a huge mistake! A Patient going Elsewhere!
