Horrible customer service- had an appointment scheduled 1 year out & when I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told they rescheduled me for another date. The doctor was in but they gave my appointment to someone else. This would have been nice to know before I took off work for my annual appointment. I have the MyChart app- did not have a message to this effect. AHN seems to be having a lot of issues lately in general. I may be looking at my other options. I will not be going back to this location, for certain.
