My new patient appointment was canceled on the morning of the appointment. I had to go through the hassle of switching my primary care over from UPMC to AHN to even be eligible for appointment booking here. I had to request a day off a month in advance from work (because their new patient appointments must be in person and my work schedule overlaps the dedicated new patient appointment time slots).
