Dr. Shinn was very nice and thorough in our initial appointment. I had bloodwork done the following day to address some health concerns I have been having. The results were updated in my chart Thursday around 4 pm. I didn't expect to get a call until the following day as it was so late in the day. After waiting around all Friday morning and hearing nothing. I both called and left a voicemail as well as sent a message in my chart to see when I'd be called.
