Not what it used to be. We recently had a terrible experience with our newborns 1st appointment at this office. They took his rectal temperature so many times and so roughly that it caused bleeding. They all seemed to have no idea what they were doing and it was very chaotic. The new MD was sweet but seems to lack experience and professionalism. I miss the old staff, especially Sara! We sought out care elsewhere after our experience.
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here after our daughter turned 1. Previously we had dealt with Sara during our daughter’s first year of life with no complaints only great things to say. However after our daughter turned 1 we felt unheard by the new nurse practitioner and nurse Rebecca. Our daughter has struggled with eating and drinking since a littler over a year with little to no interest in food. Becky the receptionist is TERRIBLE. Needs to be reassigned
Both my daughter’s have been seeing Sara since my first was born, she is now almost 3 years old. The only PA I trust to evaluate my babies at every appt! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
This office charged my insurance for something that both the doctor and the nurse agreed should not have been billed to my insurance and they said that I should not worry about it and that they were going to take care of it. After no word from them I get an email from ahn saying my bill is about to enter collections. It took me two emails to even get a response but when I got the response they told me it was billed correctly and I have to pay it...., after telling me it was an error on their part and they were going to take ... read more
