I made an appointment with this office today. The doctor I wanted to see was booked out until November. The woman who scheduled the appointment had me speak with a nurse and was told to reach out to the office to see if there was a sooner appointment available. In the meantime, she got me scheduled in for November. I was very clear about three things: I wanted to see this specific doctor only. Not sure why we still bother with AHN. Had an apt when we arrived we were told the doctor had to run to the hospital for an urgent case and they can't see us anymore. In what world are doctors working outpatient are on call for the hospital cases at the same time?! If worked in healthcare you'd know this is a circus and poor patient care.
