They called saying a physician was leaving and wanted me to shotgun a surgery for a week away. No. Return and get billed again for the same appointment with different staff. Learn the first doctor is still there, and staying. The second doctor is offering to keep the surgery with the first doctor, whom the office manager says will not be with them at that time. I booked an appointment a month ago. Showed up on time today. A rude receptionist shambled up to the check in window and says, "She's 45 minutes behind." I promptly said, "Cancel it. If I was 45 minutes late, AHN would undoubtedly charge me an $80 late fee." Imagine getting involved with a practice like that with your health?
