This office is great when it comes to bloodwork and regular yearly physicals...however, I had a bad experience with them recently when they informed me that my ear was clogged with wax and they could easily remove it there in the office. Unfortunately this office is not equipped to handle situations like this. My ear ended up getting wax built up against the ear drum along with water stuck in between the wax and the eardrum from their attempt to remove the wax?
