Apparently, Janet P. In Harrisville AHN office Is writing nasty notes in patient files and spreading lies. Why are receptionists allowed to type notes in patient files of untruth.. Janet also like to cancel appointments that don’t have anything to do with her or her office. This is a patient medical chart not a complaint center. Patient beware!!!!! I had the displeasure of meeting the new PA - Anna Bires and to say she was rude is an understatement. If she got an answer, she didn’t like she would storm out of the room and yell at me like I was deaf and dumb. She proceeded to talk crap about patients. I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional behavior in all my life. AHN would do themselves a favor by letting her go torture another company. I will not be back to that office ever.
The AHN Primary Care at the Harrisville Office was great. They listened to my concerns, were not in a hurry, and above and beyond really had carrying, professional attitudes. Great staff and care!
Great doctors and nursing staff. Love it there.
