• I've been trying to get my medical records for my insurance for more than 7 months now. I went and filled out the form back in December 2024, it's now July 2025. The doctor's office claims they sent the request to where they keep the records, yet my caseworker never received them. Somebody dropped the ball and nobody is owning up to it. Very friendly doctors and assistance, have a coloring table for the kids. 10/10 recommend
They close the office hours early and don’t answer when you call. It goes straight to an answering service. Even 3 hours b4 they are scheduled to close. It doesn’t matter what kind of doctor she is if you can’t speak to the office.
