I receive wonderful care from Deer Lakes medical. I can't say enough about their PA, Noelle. She is very caring and dedicated to helping solve any issue I have. Their office staff from receptionist to medical assistants are very kind and professional.
I had my most horrible experience with my disability Dad and my 12 year old sister. There nursing assiant Jamie Gurter or Gunter. Who had a very nasty and hateful demonour toward my Father we has memory loss because as new patient to agn we didn't put medicine list in which we had on hand. Jamie decided to make my father feel degraded and uncomfortable. She also tried to degrade me because my dad has his own independence and I didn’t go back with him at first.
