Used to be a great place but the new owners are letting it run down quickly. They want to charge outrageous prices for the cottages which are nothing special, barely any cutlery and cooking items in the cottages. The cottages are not being fixed and maintained properly. They certainly don’t do any upgrades or repair major issues. Playground is run down. The rest rooms for campers is a disaster and needs severe maintenance. So many issues that they keep telling people will be fixed but they have no intention of actually fixing them. Probably the biggest one is plumbing - toilets don't always flush, very limited hot water, and they don't tell you that the tap water isn't drinkable; we found out from a sign above the sink when we arrived. So you're probably showering in lake water. The fans in the bathrooms didnt work, and no dishwasher pods/detergent so we washed everything by hand.
