Dr Kelly Ahmed , my dr. For many years. I'm looking for a good doctor. Her staff is non compliant, rude and not professional. This staff is a direct reflection of her. My quality of life is worse due to her and her staff. Now looking for a great Dr. And staff who really helps. The problem in my opinion is her choices of staff.
I actually like Dr. Kelly herself, and Kathy the PA is nice, but they are completely useless because their staff don't do anything. You cannot get an appointment for at least 3 months out, I am an insulin dependent, type 1 diabetic, and I have been waiting for two months for them to fax in a refill for my insulin. If Wal Mart didn't sell generic insulin over the counter, I would be dead by now if I waited for MY DOCTOR to actually do her job. I filed a grievance with my insurance.
I actually like Dr. Kelly herself, and Kathy the PA is nice, but they are completely useless because their staff don't do anything. Dr. Kelly Ahmed's office staff are incompetent and rude. You cannot ever get an appointment with the doctor. I was in the ER for something serious and the soonest I could get a follow up with my PRIMARY DOCTOR was three months later. The only person in the office who is helpful is the PA Kelly, but she can't do anything for you anyways. I would rather take over the counter meds than mess with this horrible physician who doesn't pay attention anyways.

Dr. Ahmed has been nothing but compassionate with my mother and me. He takes his time in his office and at the hospital, explaining the diagnosis, treatments and procedures. he is always calm with my hundred questions, again explaining everything in detail. My mo and I would highly recommend Dr. Ahmed

Dr. Is a caring Doctor who listens to her patients. She has been very helpful, and through in my medical care. I am a nurse by profession who specialized in primary care clinic administration. My only negative is in the care received from doctor's staff.
