I'm so upset at first he was so nice until he did green light lazor procedure on me . I lost all my ejaculation..and my urine stream is slower then before surgery and I have sharp pain constantly. I try calling his office I asked the receptionist to let doctor know what I'm going through more then once and nobody gets back to me they ignore me. I had doctors cell phone I had no choice but to text and pleaded for his advice on what I should do and he read my message and didnt resoond . He and his staff ignore me and I'm left ... read more

Horrible doctor. Took my father in for a medical emergency to be treated by this doctor and he refused to operate on my father after his Muslim holiday Ramadan was over. My father had an overly full bladder that almost burst because he refused to operate on my father. We had to find another doctor willing to do the surgery and when we canceled our appointment with this doctor, his staff gave us a very nasty attitude and was talking to us rudely over the phone. Won’t be going back to him again after this incident

Wait time is too long with no communication from the staff. So if you schedule an early appointment make sure you have the day off.

I wish I can do less then 1 star the star for the doctor big 0 to the office stuff good doctor like you need good opportion manger bad staff they give the appointment than they canceled and they call you for second appointment for 4 month if you don't have time for patient just tell them this my second time it happens to me very bad stuff

Horrible customer support regarding refills and prior authorization. Always struggled with this issue with this clinic. I’m switching to a different Dr.
