I had an appointment at this office. There are sections at the front was rude she is a heavy-set lady your dark hair and glasses. I'm making this note so that the company knows who they should fire. I was greeted rudely and told that I have to take a picture, and I told the lady I would not be taking a picture. And that the photo on my driver’s license should be good enough. I am super happy with CLS Health because they treat their patients like family. They know your time is valuable and they never keep you more than necessary. Each time I go there to see Dr. Morsy, the most time I have spent is 1 hour. You never spend more than 10 minutes in the exams room. From the front desk to the nurses in the back they are all awesome.
