For several years I had difficulty urinating due to an extremely enlarged prostrate. Was referred to Dr. Mansour for a HoLEP laser procedure. At age 75 and with two previous Green Light laser procedures, approximately 10 years ago, I was concerned with recovery time. After the HoLEP procedure, I spent one night in the hospital to irrigate the bladder, returned home the next morning without a catheter. No problem with being incontinent.
