Amazing team and facility. 10/10 would recommend
Horrible office staff. My husband had high blood pressure and they said nothing about it!! I have waited on hold for 30 minutes or more. They were supposed to get back to us about my husband having an infusion a month ago. They are not professional or friendly at all. They wanted to take down our card number for a $5.00 co-pay because their machine was down. They never answer the phone!!! Stay far away from this place!!! We never see the same nurse practitioner twice. We never saw the doctor. Run!!
Dr. Megid is ok but he is always very late. His staff is horrible. Someone was sleeping on the front desk and someone is always eating. They lied when I asked why I am not being called to go in and everyone else was after me and had appointments later than mine. They said they were here for other things and then I saw him go into those rooms they went into. His PA insisted on giving me an prolia shot I did not want. Would t let me hold off and see the doctor either as she said it was based on my DEXA scan which I never recei... read more
