I saw “ Dr” Kahn in 2022 due to severe back pain. I had tried many different homeopathic remedies and I still had severe pain. He ordered an MRI of my spine which I had done in West Hartford Ct. Went back to his office so I could get the MRI results in person and I also had FaceTimed called both my sons so they could get the results firsthand. Went in and introduced Kahn to my sons. Dr Khan did my back surgery in Sept. for an infection in my back. The only complaint I have is I have not seen him since the surgery. All His staff is wonderful and caring.

My mother has been a patient of Dr.Khan for about 3 years. I love him as a Dr.because he’s always been great to my mom, and has helped my mother’s quality of life. But I will say I am very concerned and a little disappointed in the staff he has representing his office. The last few appointments I took my mother to, I’ve been noticing strange behaviors in this one young lady. She is tall, has dark brown hair, fair skin. Since my original review was taken down, I am reposting it!! My husband is a patient there and we may consider going to another practice due to one of the front desk receptionists. The girl was asleep as we stood to check in, and once she realized we were there, she woke up and we couldn’t figure out half of what she was saying. We have never had an issue like this before, as all the other staff have been kind and attentive. I feel her manager or the wonderful nurse we see should fire this person. Had major neck (Laminectomy) surgery in May of this year and since my surgery I have had two follow-ups with Dr. Khan's office and he is never in the office and they always say he is in surgery. The last time I was there, I had serious concerns that my fusion was not right and that I couldn't lift my head up. His assistant or LPN said I should go to physicial therapy for a month and then see if it corrects itself and that she will have Dr. Khan review the updated x-rays and call me as soon as he can.
