Doc was not acknowledging the 2 hr wait , but was professional . Staff put it on Dr. to address the reasoning behind why I waited 2 hrs in being seen. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of accountability. I like the doctor just NOT my time being taken advantage of. I too am in the medical field, and an apology could have sufficed.
DR. Ahmed is absolutely amazing. My cataract surgery for both eyes went flawlessly because of her expertise.
Took my sister to her appointment and this business was very nasty to her..the need to train their staff better... Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
No human being deserves the indignant, demeaning, hateful, reception I received from the Ocala Eye Heathbrook office that I, a struggling handicapped person of color on a walker received today!! I'm too scarred to set foot in any of their facilities again, and hope everyone who has been treated terribly by this loud, uncaring, unprofessional group of office personnel, please step forward and tell your unfortunate horrific truth. Immediate changes are warranted !! Sincere regards,
