We were referred to Dr. Hegab by the primary care physician. Without going into personal details I can honestly tell you that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had speaking with scheduling staff. It appears to be a routine, upon speaking with my primary care physician, for this person to hang up on people and treat them with complete and utter disregard. Yesterday I completed paperwork providing GastroHealth with my contact information. Specifically, I stated that the office may contact me via my home phone number or email. I put in writing that I do NOT want to be contacted by my cell phone. Yet today, I am receiving a survey at that very number. I am VERY happy with Dr. Hegab, his treatment and the caring concern he has for his patients.
