The care I receive at every Houston Methodist facility is top notch and this visit was no exception. It starts with the kindness shown when first arriving and continues into the exam room with the wonderful staff. Dr. Elsherbiny is very knowledgeable and has the gift of explaining medical terms and procedures at level easy to understand. Of course, he also has that same tender humanity that sets Houston Methodist apart. I have complete confidence in his ability to ensure I am getting the best care possible.
The doctor was thorough and even though he required further tests, his office had them scheduled, and within a week I was back to get the results! Office staff was cheerful and helpful, whether it was in person or over the phone. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. I would recommend Dr Elsherbiny to everyone.
