Dr Alghrouz truly is very caring and he really cares about his patients he explains everything in detail and listens to his patients. He really helped me get through my rough days after my procedure. Helped me understand why it was important and how i needed to be strong and take it day by day and everything will be ok. Thank you so much Dr.Alghrouz for making me believe in myself that everything will be okay. Highly recommend Dr Alghrouz for any kidney or stone issues and etc.
Old Doc Alghrouz Is knowledgeable, attentive, and offered me choices that were reasonable. He's very warm and engaging, and I highly recommend him without reservation.
Very attentive and detailed, nice to his patients, it just seems he goes beyond caring, it seems he just wants you to get the best care.
First time meeting Dr. Alghrouz for hubby's cystoscopy. Dr. Alghrouz was informative, transparent, and seemed like he cared about his patients. He took his time with the procedure, explaining step-by-step what he was doing and what we were seeing on the monitor. He answered my gazillion questions, and we didn't feel "rushed" or that we were inconveniencing him, like we do with other doctors.
