From the time on the phone making an appt, to check in, to seeing Dr. Ahmed, to checkout, the experience is wonderful! I don't feel like a "number". The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and do not mind questions! Dr. Ahmed is amazing, knowledgeable and has helped get my A1c in the normal range for the first time in YEARS! I can not begin to express how thankful I am that I found this office, this staff and Dr. Ahmed! I highly recommend them!
Sorry but if the nurses/MAs have to answer the phone they need to at least be polite/nice even if no customer service experience because this place has none..... and I should've hung up.
