Dr. David Hsu is compassionate, considerate, and caring physician for his patients. During my first visit, he thoroughly laid out the advantages and disadvantages for brain radiation. Also, I don't know about the others who complained about waiting long times to be seen, my wait was less than 10 minutes once inside the exam room.

Dr. Hsu and his staff are friendly and professional. I found their customer service to be good. They were mostly on time with appointments, and in the rare cases that they had to make changes, they were informative, apologetic, and very professional. And Dr. Hsu was great at educating me on the radiation process. I was going here in 2022 for 25 sessions of radiation. This post is late, but I wanted to say THANK YOU to the staff for handling me with great care.
