Dr Hsu and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is very nice and welcoming.
Called to schedule an appointment but the doctor can only see patients on Thursday. I can not go in Thursdays since I go to school all day. When I told the receptionist that no thank you I will call my doctor to see if they can refer me some where else. She just hung up. No bye no thank you no nothing she hung up so fast she didnt even let me finish saying bye. That was so rude and unprofessional I can only imagine how they are in person if this is how they treat people on the phone.
Dr. David Hsu is compassionate, considerate, and caring physician for his patients. During my first visit, he thoroughly laid out the advantages and disadvantages for brain radiation. Also, I don't know about the others who complained about waiting long times to be seen, my wait was less than 10 minutes once inside the exam room.
