called to ask about my upcoming appointment and the secretary decided to diagnose me over the phone"you have trigger finger, we do surgery for that" I called back to ask about that and the office staff literally started laughing at me. super unprofessional, mean, and really unsettling to bring up surgery without me ever stepping foot in the office or being seen by the doctor. people should be aware of practices that do excessive surgical procedures to make money off insurance, and not be afraid to get a second opinion if a d... read more
Just had my first appointment with Dr. Shakir. Seems like a very good doctor and we got a very good first impression of him. He took his time with us and helped me understand my situation very well. Definitely seems like a great doctor id recommend to anyone.
Sat for 45 minutes and wasn't seen, despite being 15 minutes early for my appointment.
