I had two teeth extracted by Dr. Yosif and I, like many people are fearful about going to the dentist, Dr. Yosif lacks basic skills on putting his patients at ease. He did not talk me through what was happening like many dentists do, when he was administering the second dose of novocaine he brought the needle at me directly in my sight line and all other dentists I had been to made a point to keep the needle out of my sight and quickly move it into my mouth so I was not looking at that daunting image.
