Dr Ahmad and his staff are wonderful. He has great bedside manner, but also is blunt and straight to the point. His office staff so far have been extremely pleasant, nice, & professional. I usually am the Guinea pig when it comes to Drs and if I like then I tell my wife to go. Horrendous service and staff. Dr is nice but his staff is incredibly rude, argumentative, and extremely slow. All they had to do was fill out 4 lines for my dad’s chronic verification form and I have been telling them since Feb 12th. When we came in the office I told the receptionist that Humana needed some form filled out and I gave her the number for Humana. Last week I called and gave Humana’s number again to find out more about the form bc I didn’t understand what was needed or where to find the form. I’m not well versed... read more

This office was a blessing to find. Dr. Shahab is excellent and his nursing staff matches that quality. The front desk surprised me. They will hustle extra in the afternoon to sneak in more patients or accept new folks in short notice. They have accommodated several next day appointments and they are always so pleasant. I have never had a primary care doctor and no one made me feel bad about being behind on some health items. They just developed a plan with me to catch up.
Dr. Shahab is an exceptional primary care physician who truly goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything thoroughly, and ensures that you feel heard and supported. His attention to detail, compassionate approach, and commitment to patient well-being make him a doctor you can fully trust. I’m grateful to have Dr. Shahab as my PCP—he’s truly one of the best!
