Was at OSU/ Outpatient Urology for consult about bladder cancer. Everyone , from the time we walked in until we walked out, was personable, professional, patient centered and accommodating. Dr. Shabsigh and his staff were very knowledgeable and all of them we encountered talked to us in understandable terms and answered all our questions/concerns in an unrushed manner. At this point in this journey we feel we made a great decision coming here.
