Je suis très fière de mon médecin Dr ahmad ,il a réussi à stabiliser ma glycémie, le diabète est une maladie de non contrôle de son alimentation, plus on prends de la l âge, moins nous ne devons pas manger plus riche. Se faire une discipline de vie stricte , qu Allah te bénisse et merci pour tout.
Dr. Ahmad is never on time but aside from that issue, his Nurse Eunice is the most unprofessional nurse I have ever seen. She would not pass on a message to have Dr. Ahmad call me when she advised me it was fine to skip a dose of my medicine without checking with him. She is arrogant and hung up on me. Absolutely not appropriate behavior from a "medical professional". I have left to treat with another physician.
Sadly didn’t even get a chance to see the doctor. One person at the desk for a huge office full of people and wrong information told to me over the phone that they took my insurance. All wrong. I had to leave.
I’d give it a zero star if I could. I had a very disappointing experience with this endocrinology office, primarily due to the conduct of a medical assistant. There were significant delays in communication, and when I finally did receive a response, the interaction was unexpectedly unprofessional. While trying to clarify information provided by my insurance company, I was met with a condescending tone and dismissive attitude. I give this place 1 star be the Dr is a gentleman. However his office staff is terrible. If there anything that needs to be worked out with your pharmacy or your Insuance company they will do nothing. The office staff could care less if you return. If you need to talk to your Dr on the phone, Won’t happen, If you have any issue that requires his office to do anything, good luck! I have never had so many issues with a Doctors office.
