Dr Ahmad himself is great He listens and really thinks about what needs to be fine to get better. His staff however, extremely rude and the lack of communication between everyone is terrible. Getting scripts into my pharmacy is an issue all the time. Dr wanted me on a dexcom meter which I initially went to fight with but I did it and I'm grateful I did. I have been diabetic for over 30 years and saw the same endocrinologist for all those years. He is a good doctor but my medicine and treatment never really changed during those years I was seeing him and I never bothered to question it. I was hospitalized a few times this past year for Diabetic ketoacidosis. I have heard of this condition but never experienced the DK's as often as it was happening to me. Dr.Ahmad listens, and is very understanding of your problems. Thoroughly explains your blood work results and why the levels are important.
I’ve had 2 appointments and both times waited over an hour and a half for my appointment. He is a nice enough doctor but feel as though the office or someone needs to pay more regard to people’s time.
