I had a follow up appointment immediately following a CT Scan for chronic sinusitis. Dr. Sadeghatt asked if he could look up my nose. Needless to say I was charged over 600 dollars for an endoscopy that I was not informed he was going to do. He had just performed an endoscopy at my previous appointment. Dr. Sedaghat is very professional friendly knowledgeable doctor
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ahmad Sedaghat at West Chester Hospital. I went in for a consultation and was not informed beforehand that a brief examination using a light would be billed as a separate procedure. After the visit, I was surprised to receive a bill for $451.20 out-of-pocket, which I never would have agreed to had I been told there would be an additional charge. Dr. Sedahat's office canceled my wife the night before her surgery with no warning. This appointment was scheduled for over two months. Now, we have to start the queue all over again. It is completely unacceptable use of her time. His office needs to do better.
Dr. Sedaghat is clear and takes time to make sure I understand everything. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his specialty.
