Worst experience of my life. I’m pregnant and having heart issues and the staff did not have an ounce of compassion to my situation. Called trying to get help and the operator who stated she was the supervisor was short and tried to reschedule me saying I wouldn’t make an appointment. I tried to tell her my family is in the hospital, again she didn’t seem to care or want to help me, then hung up on me. I have yet to see Dr. Michael Will, this was going to be my first appointment. I love her she's a very good doctor she is also a person that actually pays attention to your concerns that you might have as a mommy. I've had her since my first baby now she's 24 years and taking her first baby to dr.ramos. Our family pediatrician for now and for as long as she is in the medical field. We love Dr.Ramos !!!!!
By far and away the best doctor I have ever had in my life. Very patient with patients and talks to you like a friend that's actually concerned.
