Very disappointing experience trying to simply make an appointment. I called on Wednesday and was told the receptionist was busy, so they took my name and number and assured me someone would call me back. No one did. I called again on Thursday and explained that I never received a callback and that I was just trying to schedule an appointment. I called for a new patient appointment and left a voicemail. A very nice young lady returned my call to forward my information on to new patient coordinator. When this person called she was very rude and apparently upset that although, she never stated who she was, that I did not know. I opted to choose a different Dr.

Dr. Jalloul very pleasant very attentive, he spent time answered all my questions showed me things on his computer that was affecting me, and I felt very comfortable with him and his office stiff was very nice also. And I’m so glad that I went to him he will be my pulmonary dr. I Would give him a five star rating
