No parking as usual. Second time they can't find my appt. In their computer. My last appt the Dr. was on vacation. No one called me, again not in the computer.
My wife has a life threatening tumor in her left lung. They refused to give her an appointment even with a referral from her primary care doctor???? I explained that her insurance did not need prior authorization. DO NOT go there, they do not care about you!!!!
Dr Jello as psychology, I am a nurse and I work for a doctor for 35 years I know how they work. And I know when they're being professional or not and he was very professional but on the other hand very down to earth. I would go to him again if I need to the only problem with these doctors is you get the test done and they're normal instead of calling you with the results they bring me back and they charge Medicare.
