I was very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming. Doctor answered all my questions. He had very good people skills. And I thank you very much.
Very kind and polite. Words things to easily understand. Gives you confidence in his knowledge.
Had to leave initial voicemail with recording 72 hrs for a call back. Too long. Got call back when unable to answer & when I called back I had to leave a voicemail that went unanswered 4 business days. Contacted my Dr about it. Not informed by reception upon check-in that staff was running behind. Only saw PA. Was told 2-3 weeks for test results. Too long in my opinion. Scheduled for 2 weeks & will reschedule if all results not available. Not convenient with my schedule. Have to switch clinics if I want to make appts that wo... read more
