My 97 year old mother who is on home hospice had an 11:30 appointment with Dr Mahmoud (ENT.) She is extremely slow in dressing and walking. I called ahead explaining to the receptionist that we will be 15 minutes late. We were 20 minutes late but the receptionist said the Dr wouldn’t see my mother. I explained to her why we are late. Very smart and thorough doctor! Took time to address my concerns and handled my complicated issue with absolute care
Very thorough Dr who took a lot of time to hear my complaints and take the steps needed to get the best recover possible. He will do everything possible to try to avoid any surgery, and do what’s best for your overall health. I have been to 4 separate ENT’s in NJ and he has been by far the kindest and most helpful. Looked in my ear and didn't find a problem. I said I get sharp pain and hearing is sometimes low in that ear. No follow up, no refill, no Rx, nothing
My experience with Dr. Mahmoud has been excellent. I am an Inspire sleep implant patient of his. His thorough communication throughout the entire experience was reassuring and the procedure went without issue. It's been twelve weeks since the device was activated and all is well.
