I had a very frustrating experience here. I waited over an hour and was never seen, so I ended up walking out. There was little to no communication about the delay, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. What made it worse was seeing barbers sitting in their chairs while clients were waiting, with no sense of urgency or organization. I also had concerns about cleanliness.
