When I got my first brace 2 yrs ago I was elated for the service and relief I got from the brace and customer service. Now, here it is 2yrs. later and my brace would no longer hold air, so I needed to replace it. Talk about your supreme customer service. When I explained that I could never afford the device for my lower back pain, the representative told me that I would not have to pay for it since my insurance and medicare would take care of it with a balance left to me of $187. I told her I would not be able to pay that and she said, we often do not charge the final balance so when you get the invoice you will not need to pay it. Great product! It really helped me with my pain.The back brace DDS 500 I saw a ad for on TV and called. It did take a few weeks for allied home medical to get it delivered to me in my home but the driver that delivered it was nice and helpful.

I recently got my back brace from Allied Home Medical and I must say I am completely satisfied with my product and their service. From the order to delivery the process was pleasant and seamless. For the first time in years I can do things outside the house and without pain. I recommend Allied Home Medical to everyone that I know that needs any kind of orthotics. I can't say thank you enough.

The company is a scam! They advertise no out of pocket experience they send you a waiver saying your responsible for what medicare dont pick up, i blacked out the me thing they send me a bill for $228. then turn me over to a collection agency! Dam thing don't even fit rite...........DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
