This man leaves the country and I needed a clearance to get surgery. He knows this. He wanted tests. I got them. He ups and just leaves AND without anyone to help his patients. My surgery is now on hold. Pain is unbearable. Doesn't care. Doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion.
