We have had Ahlgren Landscaping mowing and trimming our difficult property for two years. When we decided it was time to hire out this work, Chris came and viewed our property and gave us a very fair quote, and had his crew begin immediately. The crew assigned to us are professional and detail oriented, and also really nice too.
Brand new truck just cleaned and ceramic coated parked on the curb. Didn’t even ask me and started mowing and threw wet grass, dirt, and rocks all over the side of my truck. More than enough opportunity to ask for it to be moved and instead just started mowing. Lack of attention to detail and customer service is reflected by this alone.
Chris and his guys are the best helped me out sucking a few piles while my box was off
Ahlgren Landscaping has a contract with ×××× Street, a contract that not only did they not fulfill during our most recent snowstorm, but you also lied twice. Per contract, following the snowfall, Ahlgren will come back next day by 10am to clear the lot. On the morning of Sunday, February 16th, assumingly Chris Ahlgren verbally informed a tenant that he would be back that day at 1pm as he wanted the freezing rain to stop. Relative of mine used the company and an associate worked for them. Both referred me to them because I wanted to see if I could save on fall clean-up from the company I was using. When they finally got back to me after weeks, the price they offered was more than DOUBLE the company I used charged, yet I’ve seen their work and it’s mediocre. Others have told me similar stories about incompetent management taking weeks, even months to respond to calls or emails, possibly bc they have abysmal social skills.
