Our business uses Derrick as a contact at Ahiborn. He is fantastic. The prices are great, the staff are fantastic, and the merchandise quality is top notch. We don’t plan on going anywhere else for our supplies. Their customer service has been amazing. We will be customers for life.
We have been working with them for a few years and our experience has been that they are an awesome company. They have a wide variety of arborist items, amazing prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service.
I first met one of the reps at TCIA expo last year. Then a few months later, I was experimenting with multiple different chain brands to try to buy a more reasonable chain than the high priced Stihl. The Forester And Carlton chains that Ahlborn sells held up to our testing, and made it a better option than buying higher price chains and sharpening them(the quality/longevity was probably 85% compared to stihl, but the price was a fraction of the cost).
