I got a new phone and am having some issues with my hearing aids so I went in to see if they could help me with them as instructed on the box to make sure the phone was compatible. I don't know if that's not covered by insurance or I just had to pay because I didn't have an appointment, though I didn't appreciate them checking my stuff out I don't appreciate having to pay being on such a limited income.
