Shad is one of the best AE's I’ve ever worked with—knowledgeable, kind, and extremely responsive. His energy and tone always made my calls feel welcome. AHL Funding is truly a white glove service lender. I’m a processor on a couple complicated files through them, and the service and support has been amazing. They’ve helped me from structuring to approvals with great communication and over all quickness through each step. I appreciate the service specially with how complicated the files were. Highly recommend them for any investment loans or self employed clients.
This has been a complete disaster of an experience with AHL Funding. I've wasted 2 weeks dealing with AE Shad Moore and the underwriting team on one niche and time-sensitive file for a repeat client of mine. Major critical DSCR loan pricing error conducted by the AE for me to believe AHL Funding is able to do this scenario to discover in the middle of the 1st loan process that they can't do it because it's not in their matrix.
