Sabrina is fantastic! I really enjoyed my yoga therapy sessions. We worked on so many things including breath and slow movements that I would have never allowed myself the time to do on my own. It has become a favorite part of my week when I know I have a session coming up.

Sabrina is an amazing coach! I learned so much about myself I couldn't believe it, strengths and weaknesses that I wasn't even aware of, wants and needs that I didn't recognize, personality traits that other people saw in me that I didn't see. Sabrina helps you get down to the root of your problems, your bad habits, and your way of thinking. She has an abundance of information to give about nutrition, psychology, the human body and more. I worked with Sabrina in her six month program! She is so committed to helping her clients and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs some help in becoming more confident or anyone that wants to change or improve or get rid of bad choices.
