Hector was so kind and knowledgeable. I always find health insurance information so overwhelming. Thanks to Hector and his professionalism and patience, I was able to not just sign up for a health care plan but to understand it. Which is a big deal! I feel extremely blessed to have had such a positive experience with Hector.
