I had an amazing experience today receiving a stone massage from Sarah. The customer service was great from the moment we walked in the door. Sarah my therapist was awesome. She made me feel comfortable and she made sure that I felt at ease throughout the best massage I’ve ever had. Her anointed hands, soothing voice and professionalism were exactly what I needed. I booked a 60 minute Swedish massage and spent 50 minutes laying on my back and side. I never flipped to my stomach meaning my back was not massaged. After conveying my disappointment to the person up front he tried to explain to me that his therapist was using a technique called “rothing”. He suggested I look the technique up on Google and had the nerve to say people usually pay more for that type of massage. Masseuse had me face up the entire time working on one spot. He used no lotion, dropped the F Bomb, and his hands smelled like cigarettes. $90 later I complained to the owner who offered me $9. No thanks.
