This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a medical appointment. At most places, I am used to being treated like a number by staff who are doing their job but don’t seem to care. Here, I felt like I was talked to and treated like a person, and the staff were friendly, patient and kind. This is so appreciated, and will help me do preventive and routine care more often.
