Staff was extremely friendly and informative. this was my first time here, i got my results with in 2 days online. they open doors at 10am so come early to register because there will be a line.

Parking- forget it, unless you’re coming at 10am early, you are not finding a spot unless you’re lucky. You will have to find street parking I was informed the last patient is admitted at around 4.30 so do not come in late, plan accordingly. They need time to make sure they get to everyone. My advice if you’re in a time crunch, arrive at 10am and start making that line. I arrived at 10.45 and there was already a good number of people. Came here at 2:20pm to get tested and was refused service due to not accepting anymore patients for the day they close at 6pm. They don’t open until 10:30 and stop accepting patients 4 hours later. Attitude was oh well try again another day we need to take our breaks and we have a training in 2 1/2 hours to get ready for. The website says 10:30-6:00! They refused to give names for complaints and just had a non caring attitude!
